Order Confirmation

Once you place your order for any of our products, whether it's dog food & treats, cat beds, durable toys, or pet carriers & strollers, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have successfully received your order and preauthorized your payment.

Dispatch

At MuddyPaw.shop, we’re committed to delivering everything from Snooza Calming Beds and Summer Cooling Beds to Interactive Cat Toys and Travel Accessories with care and efficiency across Australia.

You will receive real-time updates on the status of your order and its shipping details. As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can follow its journey to your door.

Price accuracy

We strive to provide accurate pricing information, but errors can occur. If we find a pricing error, we may contact you for guidance, or we may cancel your order and notify you about the error. Even after confirmation and payment, we reserve the right to cancel orders listed for incorrect pricing.

Processing Times & Delivery Times

• Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Shipping time: 2–8 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Daily cut-off time: 02:00 PM

Orders placed before 02 pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 02 pm will be processed the next business day.

After Placing Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email containing:

• Your order number
• Your proof of payment

Please note: Before processing and shipping your custom products, we will contact you separately to confirm the desired specifications.

Track Order

We use Australia Post for shipping. Once we ship your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number. Tracking usually starts working in 24 hours. You can track your order here with either your tracking number or your email address and order number.
